Amahagan Edition Wild Cherry Blossom. Yamazakura” native to Japan. “Edition Yamazakura” is characterized by a pleasant fragrance reminiscent of a fragrant tree wearing “Japanese” and a gentle finish.The appearance is reddish amber. While retaining the malty sweetness of Nagahama malt, it has a sweet, gentle and beautiful scent with a product derived from wild cherry blossoms. “Wa” flavor reminiscent of sakura mochi and plum. Gentle orange peel and black honey peculiar to the Amahagan series, and a gorgeous and elegant sweetness that spreads in the mouth. Aftertaste comes with a pleasant astringency like black tea. Incredibly interesting and complex. This one brings the essence of “Yamazakura” – Yama meaning mountains and Sakura referring to Cherry Blossom trees – to the bottle. Refreshing aromas of wild cherry blossom combine with hints of incense, orange peel and black honey to create a fantastic overall drinking experience.
